NSSF’s Range-Retailer Business Expo focuses on more close-knit, face-to-face interactions among attendees and manufacturers. This is your opportunity to spotlight your products or services and have meaningful interactions with retailer and range businesses from all over the country, many of whom do not attend the SHOT Show.
To keep the RRBE environment more personal and approachable, exhibit space is limited. Reserve your space now, and lock in your brand’s access to this truly unique opportunity for sales growth.
Now that your organization is registered, your exhibit staff MUST register individually online by July 1, 2024. Badges are required to enter the exhibit hall. Complimentary floor pass badge: Each exhibiting organization receives five (5) complimentary registrations for a 10X10 booth space; 10X20 receives eight (8) complimentary registrations; 20X20 booth space receives (12) complimentary registrations. These badges allow full participation and access to RRBE. Please register your staff and check the “Exhibitor” option.
Badges will not be mailed in advance of the RRBE. Please pick up your badge at exhibitor registration beginning at 8:00 AM, Monday, July 8.
Hotel reservations are due by June 7, 2024. Book early to ensure availability. You can easily book your sleeping room at the headquarters hotel Hilton West Palm Beach or Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown via online reservations.
The Exhibitor Service Manual, provided on Freeman Online, provides you with important dates, locations, specific meeting details and exhibitor services. Everyone attending and/or staffing your booth is encouraged to carefully read the manual, paying special attention to the deadlines. You may order online through our exhibit service contractor, Freeman, or view the manual.
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Carpet and/or flooring is optional at your booth. Exhibitors may provide their own carpet or order carpet through Freeman, our exhibitor services contractor.
Each 10X10 booth will be set with 8′ high black back drape and 3′ high black side dividers. Booths 300 sq ft or less will receive a 7″X44″ one-line identification sign. Booth larger than 300 sq ft may receive a one-line identification sign upon request.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, June 10, 2024, at the below warehouse address. Material arriving after July 1, 2024, will be received at the warehouse with an additional after-deadline charge.

Freeman will receive shipments at the show site exhibit facility beginning Monday, July 8, 2024. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
